MANILA, Philippines --- Guards of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) stopped a female visitor from smuggling tobacco at Surigao District Jail Annex-Lianga on Wednesday night. In a statement BJMP spokesman Maj. Xavier Solda said Jail Officer 1 Rebecca Guillen II and Jail Officer 1 Peter Gastardo at around 11 p.m. caught the suspect, whose name was not disclosed, hiding four bars of SSS trisbee.
