LUCENA CITY, Philippines -- A village councilor was killed and four others were hurt after two motorcycles collided in General Nakar town in Quezon province on Thursday, police said Friday. A report from the General Nakar police said victim Eliseo Astejada, 50 and Barangay (village) Poblacion kagawad (councilor), was aboard his motorcycle when he was hit by an oncoming motorcycle in Barangay Anoling around 6:30 p.m. Astejada and the other motorcycle driver, Randy Fugoso sustained injuries and were both taken to the Claro M.
