ILIGAN CITY --- A bus fell into a creek in Barangay Kawit Oriental, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte past 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Senior Inspector Jake Peralta, Kauswagan police chief, said the Rural Transit Mindanao bus was on its way to Lanao del Norte when the driver reportedly lost control. "Our witnesses said the driver is driving very fast when it reached the curve, so it went straight to the creek," Peralta said. Peralta said 25 of the 30 passengers suffered minor injuries only and were brought to a nearby hospital in Kauswagan with the driver. DIVINA M. SUSON...
