Preschoolers of Kilohana United Methodist Church Preschool in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States were mistakenly served Pine-Sol, a multi-surface cleaner, instead of apple juice, last Tuesday, Nov. 27. The children's snacks were prepared that morning by a classroom assistant, which consisted of crackers and apple juice.
