Foreign Affairs Secretary Teddy Locsin Jr. on Wednesday disputed the United Nations officials' claim that Mar Roxas handled well the relief operations for the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda. Interior Secretary Manuel "Mar" Roxas II's performance in assisting relief funds for the Super Typhoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan) that struck the country in 2013. In a Twitter post, Locsin said: "In fact, United Nations (UN) officials said at my first UN conference that Yolanda relief was well done by Mar but f***** up by civil society and multilateral busybodies from abroad all grabbing foreign donations." ...
