Chito Bersaluna, Bulacan police director, said Norberto Ligon alias Totoy, 39, was killed after engaging policemen in a shootout during a buy-bust operation in the City of Meycauayan at 9:40 p.m. Police said other drug suspects identified as Ariel Bunag, 22, and RJ De Leon alias Papu, were killed after firing at the authorities.
