MANILA, Philippines -- Four more commercial establishments were shut down for dumping wastewater into the Manila Bay, Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu announced on Thursday. Cimatu said thecease and desist order (CDO) was issued by the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) after it was established that the firms did not conform with the Effluent Standards for Class 'SB' waters. The following establishments were ordered to shut down their water sources and wastewater discharging facilities: 1.)
