The latest Digital 2019 report from Hootsuite and We Are Social shows that users from the Philippines spend an average of 10 hours and 2 minutes on the internet daily via any device. Trailing behind the Philippines is Brazil, with internet usage time averaging 9 hours and 29 minutes; and Thailand, who was 2018's top internet user, with 9 hours and 11 minutes.
