MANILA, Philippines ---The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Saturday said 134 partylist groups have expressed intent to participate in the upcoming midterm national and local elections. Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez however clarified that the list is still not yet the final count as the number may still get trimmed.
