MANILA, Philippines --- Senator Grace Poe has urged for a funding boost of P20 million for the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) in Cagayan de Oro City, citing the need to improve its facilities and purchase of medical supplies. In a statement issued on Sunday, Poe appealed to the Department of Health (DOH) for the fund increase as she eyed for an additional P20 million, which will be allocated as 10 million each for facilities and medical supplies.
