MANILA, Philippines --- During the New Year's eve celebration, there were more victims of stabbing and vehicular accidents brought to the East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) than firecracker-related cases, an official of the hospital said Tuesday. Dr. Emmanuel Bueno, chief of the EAMC, said that the hospital saw an increase of trauma patients during the New Year's eve revelries on Monday night.
