MANILA, Philippines --- Grab Philippines has extended its GrabFood delivery services to Cebu City, in time for the Sinulog Festival. EJ Dela Vega, country head of GrabFood Philippines, said on Saturday that the company had partnered with 1,000 restaurants in Cebu City for its food delivery service.
