MANILA, Philippines---The National Economic Development Authority (Neda) on Wednesday said it has already submitted to the office of President Rodrigo Duterte the result of its investigation on the complaint of sexual harassment against one of its top officials. The President will give the "final decision" on the matter "considering that the subject of complaint is a third level official appointed by the President," the Neda said in a statement.
