MANILA, Philippines---Lowen Tynanes proved he's back and ready for the title picture when he put on a dominant display in ONE: Hero's Ascent to take the technical knockout win over Honorio Banario in the quarterfinals of the ONE Lightweight World Grand Prix. The undefeated lightweight finished the match against Banario 4:46 into the first round with a vicious ground-and-pound in what he said was the culmination of nearly three years of preparation.
