MANILA, Philippines -- Parts of Roxas Boulevard will be closed to traffic on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019 for the "PNP SAF 44 Commemoration Ride" a bicycle ride to honor the fallen 44 Special Action Force (SAF) commandos who were killed during a police operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao in 2015. The "SAF 44 Commemoration Ride" was started in 2017 by the Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Community Relations Group (PCRG) in partnership with the National Bicycle Organization.
