MANILA, Philippines --- A man, who has a pending rape case, was arrested while obtaining his police clearance in Makati City on Wednesday afternoon, Makati Police City Police Station said. Police identified Marlon Ulep, 42, who has an existing warrant of arrest for the case of rape. Ulep was getting his police clearance when a personnel of Makati Police Station's Warrant Section found that he has a warrant of arrest. The warrant was issued by Executive Judge Noberto Quisimbing Jr. of Imus, Cavite Regional Trial Court Branch 21.
