MANILA, Philippines - Fourteen drug suspects landed in jail while some P400,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) were confiscated in separate anti-illegal drug operations in Pandacan, Manila within a two-day span. The Manila Police District's Pandacan station on Thursday said the team of Capt. Pidencio Saballo Jr. arrestedthe 14 suspects during anti-drug operations from Monday to Tuesday night. Among those arrested were Reynaldo Quijano, 44; Orestes Mecua, 43 and Charo Laguipo, 40, at Mangahan Street.
