Agusan del Norte Police Provincial Office Patrolman Ferdinand Rambo Aparecio was on his way home when he found the bundles of cash on the road last Tuesday. "After exhausting my best efforts to identify the rightful owner, I opted to turn-over the cash to the headquarters of Police Regional Office (PRO) 13," Aparecio reportedly said.
