MANILA, Philippines - Tropical Depression Egay is not expected to make landfall in any part of the country but will enhance the southwest monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday. "Egay" was spotted early Sunday morning 810 kilometers east of Daet, Camarines Norte. As of 3 a.m., Egay has a maximum sustained wind speed of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness up to 65 kph. It was moving west northwest at15 kph.
