MANILA, Philippines --- Two suspected terrorists linked to Daulah Islamiyah were arrested in Quezon City, Philippine National Police (PNP) Gen. Oscar Albayalde said Monday. Albayalde identified the suspects as Arnel Flores Cabintoy and Feliciano Maas Sulayao, who were netted by joint police units on Saturday. Albayalde said investigators have yet to establish if the two had any plans for a terror attack in Metro Manila.
