Actress Bela Padilla found herself intrigued by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte's question to Binibining Pilipinas 2019 candidate Hannah Arnold during the pageant's coronation night last June 9. Belmonte, then, asked Arnold what her message would be to the young and new breed of politicians that won the recent elections, such as Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.
