MANILA, Philippines - A taxi driver was found dead inside his parked vehicle in Pasay City Wednesday night. The Pasay City police identified the fatality as Edgardo Egan, 54, a Mandaluyong City resident. Case investigators said security guard Gerald Warque, who was stationed near a construction site along F.B. Harrison corner Gotamco Streets, saw passersby milling around a taxicab with plate number UVW-582 at around 9:30 p.m. Warque said he later spotted the victim's body with stab wounds in the driver's seat.
