MANILA, Philippines - The trough or extension of Tropical Depression Hanna and the southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies, rain showers and thunderstorms across the country on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Pagasa warned of possible flashfloods and landslides. As of 3 a.m., "Hanna" was 1,095 kilometers (km) east of Infanta, Quezon with a maximum sustained wind speed of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of 70 kph, Pagasa said.
