MANILA, Philippines -- Work at the Sandiganbayan on Friday was suspended due to heavy rain caused by the southwest monsoon or "habagat." According to the anti-graft court's Security and Sheriff Services Division, this was after the Supreme Court suspended work in Metro Manila.
