LUCENA CITY, Philippines -- A suspected notorious drug peddler was killed by police officers after yielding less than one gram of "shabu" (crystal meth), during a buy-bust operation here Thursday night. Lucena City police chief Lt. Colonel Reydante Ariza identified the suspect as Rommel delos Santos, 35.
