LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines -- Two unidentified men, believed to be salvage victims, were found in an upland village here on Tuesday morning. Geremias Leron, chief of Barangay Bariis, said the bodies were seen by a villager who was mending his farm, in a grassy area several meters from the road in Purok (sub-village) 4 of the said village at around 6 a.m. According to Leron, the victims were not residents of the village and might have been killed in another place before they were dumped. He said the victims sustained gunshot wounds in their bodies. Lt. Col. Aldwin Gamboa, Legazpi City police chief, sent policemen to conduct investigation....
