MANILA, Philippines --- Typhoon Onyok (international name: Mitag) has slowed down, but Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 remains hoisted over Batanes and the Babuyan group of islands, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday morning. "Onyok" is moving northwest over the Philippine sea at 20 kph and is forecast to exit the Philippine area of responsibility Monday night.
