MANILA, Philippines - Angat Dam's water level slightly increased on Friday,the state weather bureau said. In an advisory released 6 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the dam's water level rose to 187.14 meters from 186.87 meters on Thursday. The water level remains above the 180-millimeter minimum operating level of the dam despite a drop in the past days.
