MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippine National Police (PNP) is now on full alert status to ensure the security of the public for "Undas" or All Saints' Day, even as the police force has not monitored any possible terror threat for the season, said Lt. Gen. Archie Gamboa, officer-in-charge of the PNP.
