KIDAPAWAN CITY --- Government troops recovered explosive devices and other war materiel in Barangay Amabel, Magpet in Cotabato on Saturday. The Philippine Army's 72nd Infantry Battalion reported that 10 60-mm high explosive devices and accessories were unearthed from a banana plantation owned by a certain Vincent Cantillas. The explosives were placed inside a pail which was buried into sloping ground.
