MANILA, Philippines - A low-pressure area (LPA) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Davao and Caraga regions on Thursday, the weather bureau said. In its daily weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the LPA was last spotted 460 kilometers (km) east of Davao City.
