LUCENA CITY ---- Police are looking into the case of a suspected summary execution victim, whose body was found along the eco-tourism road in Sariaya town in Quezon province Thursday morning. The still-unidentified male victim was found at the roadside in Sitio (sub-village) Bagong Pook in Barangay Talaan Aplaya around 5:50 a.m., Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon police chief said on Friday. The victim was wearing a black t-shirt, white shorts, a silver necklace, and red slippers. His hands were tied at the back by a white electric cord, his eyes covered with brown packaging tape, and his head had two bullet wounds.
