MANILA, Philippines ---French urban free climber Alain Robert, who was earlier arrested for scaling a 47-storey tower in Makati City without permit, was released by the police after posting bail on Wednesday. Robert posted bail amounting to P3,000 after spending the night at the detention cell of the Makati City Police Station.
