MANILA, Philippines -- Police arrested a waitress who yielded P168,000 worth of shabu concealed in a pack of cigarettes during an anti-illegal drugs operation in Quezon City Tuesday night. The Quezon City Police District's Batasan police station said that Michelle Castillo, 30, of Camarines Sur was arrested during a buy-bust operation along Matapang Street in Barangay Payatas-B. Aside from the 25 grams of shabu, likewise recovered from Castillo were marked peso bills and P25,000 cash.
