CITY OF SAN FERNANDO ---- Two Americans were arrested for allegedly selling the illegal drug "kush oil" along the Fields Avenue entertainment district in Angeles City on Thursday morning, police said. Lyndon Aspacio, director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Central Luzon, said the kush oil was found in the possession of Paul Montemayor, 42, and Shaneeka McAlister, 38. Both are said to be American citizens. They live in Barangay Anunas in Angeles City. Aspacio said kush oil is extracted from the cannabis plant, a high-grade type of marijuana, and has a mind-altering effect.
