MANILA, Philippines - A 4.0-magnitude earthquake rocked Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental on Wednesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. The quake struck at 2:46 a.m., 18 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos. Phivolcs said the quake was of tectonic origin, and had a 30-kilometer depth of focus.
