LUCENA CITY, Philippines -- A businessman was shot and killed in Tiaong town in Quezon province on Friday night, police said. Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon police director identified the victim as Orlando Evangelista, 51, and resident of Barangay (village) San Agustin, Tiaong. Police said Evangelista was a businessman but the police report did not state what business was the victim into.
