Mercedita Foronda, Cotabato Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Chief, said moderate to heavy downpour was experienced in the town since last night, prompting the local chief executive to cancel classes. Foronda said class suspensions were reported in the villages of Paruayan, Malitubog, Mapurok, Macabasa, Mirasol, and Kitacubong.
