MANILA, Philippines --- The southwest monsoon or "habagat" will bring cloudy skies over Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and parts of Luzon on Saturday, the state weather bureau said. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Mimaropa Region, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will also experience scattered and thunderstorms because of the "habagat."
