MANILA, Philippines - The driver of former Pangasinan Gov. and Rep. Amado Espino Jr. expired a day after they were ambushed. Agapito Quizon died at around 6 p.m. Thursday at the Blessed Family Doctors General Hospital in San Carlos City after sustaining a gunshot wound to the stomach, Col.
