LEGAZPI CITY -- A former police officer, tagged as a notorious drug pusher in Daraga, Albay was arrested in a buy-bust operation, a police report said Thursday. Capt. Dexter Panganiban, Albay provincial police spokesperson said Zandro Oscillada, 47, was arrested at around 4:45 p.m. the other day while selling suspected "shabu" (crystal meth) to undercover operatives in Barangay San Roque. Oscillada was reportedly dismissed from the Philippine National Police while on Absence Without Leave (AWOL) status. Five sachets of shabu were recovered from Oscillada. /gsg ...
