MANILA, Philippines --- A man allegedly killed his 2-week-old son after a heated argument with his live-in partner in Sta. Cruz, Laguna, police said on Friday. According to a report from Sta. Cruz Municipal Police, the 22-year-old suspect Robert Binaya, after an argument with his live-in partner on Tuesday, slapped the baby at the back of the head, immediately killing him.
