MANILA, Philippines --- "One-side parking" in streets and roads will only be allowed if there is an ordinance issued by the local government's city council permitting it, an official of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said Tuesday. MMDA Edsa traffic chief Bong Nebrija issued the remark following a report that one barangay in Quezon City is allowing one-side parking in an inner road near Camp Crame despite the massive road clearing operations being conducted across Metro Manila.
