MANILA, Philippines - Malacaang on Wednesday asked the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) to keep its hands off the investigation on the alleged anomalies inside the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) related to the granting of good conduct time allowance (GCTA).
