MANILA, Philippines -- Some parts of Visayas and Luzon areas will have gloomy weather on Sunday due to the southwest monsoon or "habagat," the state weather bureau said. According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Zambales and Bataan would have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
