MANILA, Philippines -- Police have arrested a suspected member of the Abu Sayyaf Group in Zamboanga City who has been wanted for cases of two counts of murder and attempted murder. An initial report from the Zamboanga City Police on Tuesday identified the 32-year-old suspect as Amran Dala, alias Imit, who was arrested at about 10:30 p.m. on Monday by virtue of arrest warrants issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 1 in Isabela City, Basilan.
