MANILA, Philippines --- The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) announced on Tuesday that it has issued show-cause orders against 101 local government units (LGUs) that failed to completely implement the nationwide road-clearing drive. Malaya said the show-cause orders were based on the evaluation conducted by the DILG on the reports of accomplishment of 1,516 LGUs on the 60-day road clearing campaign.
