MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) has filed a criminal complaint against former PNP chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde. The PNP -CIDG has amended its original complaint to include Albayalde who was the Pampanga Provincial Police Director when the controversial drug raid involving "ninja cops" took place. The amended complaint has added a case for violation of the Anti- Graft Law, perjury and violation of section 92 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act for Delay and Bungling in the Prosecution of Drug Cases. /gsg...
