MANILA, Philippines -- Three police officers allegedly involved in the recycling of drugs seized in a questionable anti-drug operation in Pampanga in 2013 or "ninja cops" were dismissed from service, Lt. Gen. Archie Gamboa, Philippine National Police (PNP) officer-in-charge revealed on Monday. Gamboa said the three police officers were likewise involved in another alleged irregular drug operation in Antipolo City in May.
