MANILA, Philippines -- A number of senior police officials were disappointed with the revamp initiated by Philippine National Police officer-in-charge Lt. Gen. Archie Gamboa, PNP Spokesman Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac bared. "It's true that some of our colleagues have expressed disappointment that they were moved to certain positions," Banac said in an interview on ABS-CBN News Channel Wednesday morning.
